I believe that all women can empower themselves for pregnancy and motherhood with the correct guidance to reduce fear and anxiety so they can enjoy their pregnancy and transition well into motherhood. Becoming pregnant and being pregnant for 9 months is a special time. All women deserve to be educated and informed on choices and the importance of the correct prenatal and postnatal care guidelines with exercise while protecting their pelvic floor.
My goals are to ensure that every women whom is postbirth is going to strengthen themselves again from the inside out with the right support and education. We all deserve to be happy and healthy.

My fitness program, to date, has helped women to build strength and exercise safely. You will learn how to activate your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles safely so you can strengthen again from the inside out and reduce complications. Motherhood will become easier, you will feel energised, reduce anxiety and start to feel positive about your body again.

Now a mum of 2, I truly understand the need to remain active so I can be strong on the inside for me and my kids.
In both my pregnancies I suffered from moderate SPD (from 28 weeks with daughter and from 13 weeks with my son) and the only things that helped were regular Resistance training exercise, Pilates, Hydro Pool, walking, monthly osteo treatment and wearing the SRC pregnancy and postnatal shorts.
Post birth I was determined to feel amazing again. To have energy, feel strong from the inside out, strengthen my pelvic floor, heal abdominal separation and to just feel beautiful again.
The biggest hurdle I faced was understanding that it can't be fixed overnight, but with consistency in my safe training and eating well I knew that I could be body confident AGAIN! Yes that's me in the pics xx
